Our posture is important. It’s important for standing, sitting, and even...caregiving. The posture we take as caregivers has a great impact on our well-being and the well-being of those we serve. As a caregiver, what posture do you take? In this one day training we will examine:

  1. The Posture that Suffocates My Soul
  2. The Posture that Gives Life (to Others) and Sustains Life (in Me)

This 1-day retreat led by Jeff Franks (MAPC, Executive Director of HCM International) will be a mix of teaching and experientials designed around Dr. Terry Wardle’s 5A’s - Awakening, Abiding, Anointing, Authority, and Action. Caregivers will learn to recognize how their caregiving posture can threaten their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being and how to transition into a sustainable posture that positions others for transformation.

This event is limited to 50 participants.

Connect with other caregivers at this upcoming opportunity with HCM International!

You MAY register and pay for more than one individual at a time. Simply increase the number on the registration/payment page and proceed accordingly.
