Doug Robinette

Executive Director

Doug joined the HCM International team as a Board member in early 2016, and now serves as Executive Director. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and is a certified executive coach. Previously he served for 9 years as a senior manager at KPMG, and for 23 years as a senior executive for Nationwide Insurance. He has served as a caregiver for Healing Care Groups since 2012, including groups in Turkey, Kenya, Honduras, and South Africa. He loves helping people find healing, freedom and wholeness in Christ. He and his wife Sally live in Westerville, Ohio and have two grown sons and one grandchild.


Darlene Kong

Director of Communications

Darlene joined the HCM International team in 2018 and serves as the Director of Communications. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master’s in Hispanic Linguistics and was a missions mobilizer for Mexican missions for 10 years. Her current passion is to see more people get involved with the events and ministry of Healing Care and HCM International, as she has experienced firsthand a deep transformation and healing through this ministry. She and her husband Linn and their three children live in Columbus, Ohio.

Sue Bliese

Program Coordinator

Sue graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary in 2015 with a MDiv. Terry Wardle was one of her professors and introduced her to a new, unexplored path of healing and deeper relationship with God. She also works at Holy Spirit Anglican Church in Akron as an Administrator. She enjoys teaching others spiritual disciplines and how to read the Bible for all it is worth. She also likes to read, ski, and play cards.

Amy Leadbetter

Administrative Coordinator

Amy joined the HCMI team in 2018 and serves as Administrative Coordinator. She is a graduate of The University of Phoenix and Gateway College with degrees in Business Marketing and Medical-Surgical Technology.  Though Amy has had the privilege of being an at-home mom for several years following time in Corporate America, she most recently was Director of a faith-based, Free Medical Clinic in Columbus, OH.  Amy’s heart is to care for hurting people.  After personally experiencing the transforming and healing work of Jesus and continuing on in her healing journey, Amy’s passion is to share with others the love and redemptive healing only Jesus can offer.  Amy, her husband Russ, and their three amazing children live in central Ohio.
