Come Away with Me Retreat Registration Form - October 2017
Each person registering for a retreat must submit a completed registration form and pay a $250 non-refundable deposit. A reservation for the retreat is not guaranteed until the form and deposit are received. The remaining balance ($1,445) must be paid in full 30 days prior to the beginning of the retreat.
Deposit and other payments can be made online by completing the secure payment form. You can also download a printable copy of the registration and payment form to complete and mail to us at the address listed below. Please note, however, that we are only able to process credit card payments through the secure form on our website. So, if you submit this information using the paper form, we will be running it through the site. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Note: Participants are not permitted to attend a retreat a second time within one year of their previous attendance. Also, any requests to attend a second retreat (regardless of the time frame since the first retreat) will be reviewed by the Team Leader and are subject to his/her approval.
